In the 1980s, Japan and other developed countries in Europe and America first put into use and gradually entered into Chinese market in Coca cola, Yinlu, Huiyuan, etc. Early in 1997, Mr. He Deping, the founder of Newamstar, took the lead to track the development of PET bottle aseptic cold filling technology and in 1998 established the research and development team for first generation aseptic filling technology, which open the prelude of development and production of aseptic cold filling equipment in China.

In 2005, Newamstar singed four high-speed PET bottled aseptic cold filling production lines with Japanese company Otsuka, which create a precedent for domestic aseptic cold filling production line exported to developed countries and strengthen the leadership of Newamstar for the aseptic cold filling technology in China. In 2006, Newamstar’s aseptic filling production line manufacturing project has been included in the 2006 independent production of major equipment projects by the national development and reform commission, the following year, the project was listed as national Torch Program projects. In the same year, Newamstar led the domestic aseptic production lines enter into the high speed era and expanded to milk, fruit juice and carbonated beverage and other product. In 2011, Newamstar developed the first 42000BPH aseptic cold filling production line in China and successfully delivered to Dali Group, making Newamstar aseptic cold filling technology enter into the “super high speed time”.

NEWAMSTAR HIGH-SPEED BLOWING-FILLING-CAPPING COMBIBLOCK
Newamstar High-speed Blowing-filling-capping Combiblock combines the blowing system, filling system and capping system in one integrated system, reducing several intermediaries suchas transmission, empty bottle handling and storage processes, which improves packaging hygienic condition and reduces packaging ross-contamination so as to improve the overall operating efficiencybut lower the energy consumption, thereby reduces the overall production cost of enterprises.

Stable infrared ray heating system and independent heat balance device ensure the stable temperature of the preform, even color of the bottle and increase of the output.
Special designed twice-blowing system can monitor the pressure in each mold in order to provide accurate real-time parameter for operator. It is easy for the operator to adjust the parameter and ensure the stability of bottle forming.
High-speed and high-accuracy diaphragm type filling valve: Equip air back channel which is separated from liquid carousel, by which, the air replaced from the PET bottle won’t enter liquid carousel to avoid second pollution. Equip cleaning dummy bottles which can realize online CIP.
Sanitary and washable capper：Optimized cam surface design ensures the minimum
impact force of the capper .Bottle discharging starwheel is screwing decently, so it is unnecessary to adjust the conveyor height during bottle format change.

In 2016, automated material transport under special circumstances is solved by researching and developing non-rail AGV transport trolley.
